Just finished a roof replacement for a home in Centennial after it took a hit from a recent hail storm. The homeowners reached out to us for help, and we were more than happy to assist. We installed new Owens Corning duration storm impact resistant shingles in a charming Driftwood color, significantly enhancing its curb appeal. These shingles are not just stylish; they'll brave future hailstorms with impressive resilience. Plus, we've upgraded the ventilation with a ridge vent system, improving air circulation. The house now boosts a strong and stylish roof ready to withstand anything Colorado's weather has in store!

We're checking in from a customer's home who had noticed a leak around one of their windows. They were concerned about the integrity of their roof, especially the flashing. After a thorough roof inspection, we gave them the good news - their roof, along with all its bits and pieces - the drip metal, kick out flashing, ice, water shield underlayment, and shingles are all in excellent condition. Upon further investigation, we found that the leak was actually due to a window trim issue, not the roof. Easy fix to seal up the window trim! Safe to say, the homeowner breathed a sigh of relief. Just goes to show, not all leaks lead to roof problems. We're always on hand to put a stop to leaks before they cause bigger issues!

We recently completed a full reroofing project for a customer in Denver. Their old roof needed an upgrade and we were able to deliver using Tamko Titan XT shingles in black walnut color. Pleased to report that even with a chill in the air, the shingles fit perfectly. Customer's over the moon with the final look of his new roof, especially how richly the black gutters contrast against the brick. Thought we'd share a final photo to celebrate another successful project! No doubt, the result speaks for itself. Happy to have another satisfied customer!

We swung by a home in Monument, Colorado today. The homeowner reached out to us after spotting that their furnace vent cap had flown off during a nasty wind storm. It's never a good thing - the pilot light could get blown out or moisture might sneak into the furnace, especially with snow around the corner. But no worries, we got the roof repair covered and put a stop to the troubles. Now, it's back to being a snug and safe haven in the storm. Customer peace of mind, that's our real job!

Out here on this sunny day doing a roof inspection for a stunning Colorado Springs home. Its owners are soon moving due to work changes, and it's our job to ensure everything's shipshape for the relocation team and future homeowners. Thrilled to say, everything checks out. The roof's still got good years left in it – the next owners will surely appreciate it. So, the stage is set for a smooth handover and a happy transition. Job well done!

Today we found ourselves in Parker, Colorado, tending to a newly listed property that had some minor roof issues highlighted in the home inspection report. The challenge? Flashing issues and hail damage on the roof. Our task? To put together a replacement proposal to ensure the roof is ship-shape for the potential buyers. We're dedicated to ensuring that every property we work on meets the highest standards. Stay tuned for the transformation results!

Just dropped by to help a lovely homeowner in Aurora who was having a tough time with water runoff on their 15 year old flat roof over the patio. The roof, made of modified bitumen, had lost too many granules and has seen better days, so we suggested a fresh start with a much needed replacement. They loved the idea, especially when we mentioned the new 6-inch aluminium seamless gutter and a brand new downspout to efficiently lead the water far from their home. Ready to defend against the elements once again!

We're in Aurora, summoned by a frustrated homeowner whose concrete tile roof is leaking. Sadly, a number of other roofers have been down this road before us - with misdiagnoses, no-shows and unrealistic job proposals left behind. However, our approach is different. We're about to get to the bottom of this issue, focusing on finding the exact problem and providing a direct solution. Our comprehensive roof inspection will also allow us to suggest any additional necessary fixes. The underlayment on this roof needs serious work and several tiles are waving the white flag. Despite the original concrete tiles being discontinued, we've sourced identical replacements from a specialty yard, the Westile Series 1000 that are ready to move in!

The homeowner reached out to us due to issues with their new construction home in Parker, which had previously been worked on by another contractor. They required a good ventilation system, and our team was able to deliver exactly that. We installed new soffit vents to enhance intake ventilation and added ridge vents for improved exhaust ventilation. On top of this, we also conducted a thorough inspection of the previous contractor's roof work. All in all, our top priority was to ensure the homeowner's satisfaction with a solid roof and well-ventilated home.

We're over in Parker, Colorado today taking care of a reported roof leak. After thoroughly inspecting the attic, we found out the roof is actually holding up well. Turns out, the real culprit is some deteriorated siding allowing water to sneak in around the roof's flashing. Our plan? We're replacing the old siding, adding fresh paint and then we'll repaint the house ceiling. Soon enough, everything will be back looking as good as new. Can't wait to see the results!
